Good Evening Folks,

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Charles Haire, admin of Home Biz Connection Network.

Extremely Important....

Before I go any further, I want to let all of you know, that my intention, my purpose, from the very beginning was to build a community based on relationship building and developing a TEAM mindset, where everyone would help everyone, while at the same time providing an open forum for our members to share, grow and expose their business/product/service. I've also tried to share with the community any f.ree tools, resources and information that I have felt would bring value to their membership here and would either assist them in building their existing business or give them ideas on how to earn an additional i'ncome stream without them being taken to the bank by all the crap that's out there. That's what I have done and that is what I will continue to do. My commitment has been, is and will be to the success of our members. That's why I feature our members in the Newsletter and why I'm constantly on the lookout for tools to assist them.

That being said, over the last couple of months, I have received 3 complaints from members concerning Spam. SO, from this point on, one of the conditions (one of the only conditions) of one being a member of Home Biz Connection Network is for that member to agree to receive our Newsletter and an occasional e-mail. This will be posted on the Home Page of the community immediately. I don't fill our members inboxes daily with the latest and greatest. I don't consider the members of our community "My List". To me we are all a team. That is why I'm not going to stop sharing and I'm definitely not going to stop featuring our members, or their groups or their articles. That is what this community is about, our members! Believe me folks, it is not me to be so blunt, I sincerely aplogize to those who feel I am, but for those few who don't agree to receive the Newsletter or "UpDate" or occasional e-mail, which again, is now one of the conditions of the membership here, then please cancel your account. I wish you much success in all that you do!

On a far better note...
Are you a team player? If so, you may be our next featured member! I look for folks who demenstrate a desire to assist others and who have that"team" mentality I was speaking of earlier. I'll be checking out your blogs and profiles! Newsletters will go out in about 2 weeks.

Next...
I want you to know that my plans for the community have not changed. I haven't mentioned it in a while, but we have just started the beginning stages of developing something that we believe will greatly benefit all of our members, by providing an additional source of i'ncome and greatly increasing our membership here at HBC. It's going to take some time but we are committed. I will be releasing more details as we go along and will at some point announce a Community Conference call to explain the details.

Well, that's it for now. I do want to say, however, that I do appreciate all the positive feedback I've received. That let's me know that I am accomplishing at least part of my goals.
