"Good Afternoon,

It is incredible that a company that is just in its formation stage has garnered so much attention. Our public launch was not planned for several weeks. Due to the excitement of internet marketers, the word got out sooner than expected. People are eager to begin building the AdGateWorld community and working together to ensure a great future. This has pushed our technical team into position that was NOT scheduled for quite some time.

Unfortunately, the online world is teeming with unsavory characters. Most of them have a hidden agenda or simply a destructive nature in general. These are some of the same people that have tried to manipulate members of AdSurfDaily when they were hurting the most. Now they are attempting to spread rumours and false information about AdGateWorld.

First, we need to address some of these false statements.

1) AdGateWorld is NOT an ASD clone. Was Google a clone of Yahoo? The future plans for AdGateWorld go far beyond the original ASD model. Plans for an entire social network component, travel, lending and auction site are just the first of many innovations and income streams. We will also be creating a full video and steaming audio channel for further advertising capability. We have great admiration for those that came before us but we are going to blaze our own road in this industry.

2) AdGateWorld corporate structuring is still being completed by our team of international legal associates. As mentioned above we did not expect this amount of interest before all plans were fully completed. Before full launch over a dozen independent contractors and volunteers have aided our research and development. The site is NOT owned by any of these people. Mr. Schrold and others have been mentioned on a very dangerous site that is administered by a man that has claimed in the past his loyalty to ASD members . This man has turned out to be a complete enemy of everyone associated with ASD and the social advertising community in general. His actual agenda remains hidden while his strong arm tactics have been documented by many good people. Mr. Schrold and other professionals have admirably lent their time and ideas to the AdGateWorld project. They certainly do not deserve these personal attacks from sources such as this. All of us believe in the future of this new industry. Apparently some people simply do not want this concept to flourish or succeed. The real question is why would they even waste their time making blatant false statements instead of pursuing something else?

3) Claims regarding AdGateWorld being a scam are completely unfounded. AdGateWorld is a social advertising community. This site does NOT offer an investment of any kind. All members should re-visit the pre-launch page and read the legal disclaimer. NO person that EVER purchases advertising on AdGateWorld will ever feel that they did not understand the rebate program or the concept.

In conclusion, many people are simply spiteful human beings that we must tune out to move on with our lives and create a positive environment moving forward. Make up your own decisions and do not put your destiny in the hands of such vile characters. We believe in the power of people working together. Next week we will also be rolling out plans for an AdGateWorld Member Advisory Board that will be made up of volunteers. This will allow all of us to have a real voice in the future path that this community takes going forward. We are going to build a bridge that will create unity and strength. On this very important day in the Unites States we wanted to update our community members with AdGate information. Progress is being made daily on banking and technology. Our long journey developing the site and future enhancements has been quite an overwhelming task. It will all be worth it once we take our social advertising community live. Hopefully we will be able to provide a better idea of our full launch date very soon.

In the mean time we can get ready in several ways. After research and discussions with our tech team it has been decided that we will be using the social network site Multiply.com as our official AdGateWorld communications center. Multiply.com is an excellent company that offers a social environment rich in features without the annoying third party applications and confusion associated with the larger sites. The AdGate page will be another source of news and updates on events in addition to our \'InTouch Page\' that is present in the members area. The social network component was also envisoned as a simple solution for communicating and sharing ideas with members that you have introduced to the site. It certainly is easier and more convienant than using multiple emails. This brings us to the next point....email addresses. We are receiving hundreds of bounced back emails from members that provided addresses that require verifications or have automated spam filters. We strongly suggest changing your email address to gmail or yahoo once the members area is available. If not you are risking the possibility of not receiving important information.

We have also noticed that a few members have signed up with a username that uses a space as a character such as

\" mike smith\". The referral link cannot have a space and therefore this is unnaceptable. If you have this problem please email us. We can delete the current account and you can properly re-join with an appropriate username.

It is also now official that AdGateWorld will be using Solid Trust Pay as its first payment processor. Please register and go through the verification process so that you will not be rushed upon our full launch.

Three Major Announcements

1) Invitations for the first AdGate member Advisory Board will be emailed within the next 24hours. The initial candidates were selected based on number of current referrals and industry experience. This deep connection to the community should form a great level of interaction that will lead to many positve ideas that will enhance the community. Remember, each of us is responsible for bringing forth new concepts that will accelerate everyones earning potential and knowledge base.

2) A big part of the social advertising experience should be ADVERTISING. Keeping this in mind our team is hard at work developing several sister sites that will keep revenue streams right here in our community instead of in the hands of big corporate entities. Our AdGateAuction site will offer full ebay style features and showcase the true power of a shared revenue model. Why not use an auction site that gives back 50% of the revenues to its member base?

3) For years billions of dollars have been spent on state lotteries and raffles. The odds of winning are insane. The AdGate Team has always been fascinated with the idea of finding a better formula for this industry. We are working on a model that will pay out an incredible percentage of players (in Ad Packs), provide more revenue for the community AND donate a portion of the profits to a new charity every week! We hope to introduce this very soon.

To All Pre-Launch Members;

I wanted to personally welcome you to our social advertising
community. Understand that our team has been working on this site
and the vision for future enhancements for a long time. The
AdGateWorld concept is much bigger than 'ad packs and rebates'. We
truly envision a social community that continues to bring forth
opportunities in many different arenas.

We will be offering unique webinars with many of our AdGate
Alliance partners on investments, wellness and lending among just a
few. The AdGateWorld site will also have an internal social network
for communications between members.

One of our most important features, in my opinion, is the adgate
surf viewer capabilities. A person can list URL's and surf by
categories or locations. This opens the door for local business
advertising such as real estate, professionals and service
providers. Basically the perfect marriage of a Craigslist and surf
system.

Over the next few weeks we will be in beta testing on hardware and
site functions. The pre-launch most certainly will be down at
times. In the next few days we will be moving the site to a more
permanent location so please let your referrals know that they have
been given the gift of getting involved prior to our real public
pre-launch.
